If you send us an inquiry through the contact form, the details you enter in the form, including the contact data you provide there, are stored by us in order to handle the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
The data entered into the contact form is processed solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

This website uses what are known as “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and stored by your browser. They do no harm to your computer and contain no viruses.
Most of the cookies we use are what are known as “session cookies”. They are deleted automatically at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them.
You can set your browser so that you are informed when cookies are placed, so that you allow cookies only in individual cases, so that acceptance of cookies is excluded for certain cases or in general, and so that cookies are deleted automatically when the browser is closed.
On our website we offer an AI-supported chat assistant that answers your questions about our products and services.
The chat assistant is an automated dialog system that answers your questions with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). It supports you with information about The Wholeness Work®, the trainings, coaching and other offerings.
When you use the chat assistant, the following data is processed:
Your chat messages are processed through the API of OpenAI (OpenAI OpCo, LLC, 3180 18th Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA), a provider of AI language models. OpenAI uses the model “GPT-4o-mini” to respond to your inquiries.
Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (DSGVO), legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest lies in offering you fast and efficient customer service.
Your chat messages are processed in part on OpenAI servers in the USA. OpenAI has committed to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in order to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
Your chat histories are stored on our servers for a maximum of 90 days and are then deleted automatically. In line with its privacy policy, OpenAI does not use data transmitted through the API to improve its models (zero data retention policy for API requests).
You can object to the processing of your data at any time by not using the chat assistant. Chat histories that have already been stored can be deleted at any time; just contact us at info@wholenesswork.at.
You will find more information about data protection at OpenAI here: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
Within the applicable legal provisions you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the personal data stored about you, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing, and where applicable a right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted.
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.
Where your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
Unless a more specific storage period is named within this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose of the processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw your consent to the processing, your data is deleted, provided we have no other legally permissible grounds for storing it.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or about your rights, feel free to get in touch.
