Level II - The Life Journey
Going deeper, with the advanced formats of The Wholeness Work®
The essentials at a glance
- Level II deepens the foundations from Level I with group processes such as the Life Journey and with work on roles, identities and polarities.
- You develop the ability to integrate attachments and aversions, and to work with more complex themes such as projections onto yourself and onto other people.
- The prerequisite is a completed Level I; the two-day training costs € 490,- and is held in Vienna or live online, in German.
Deepening your Wholeness Work practice
In Level II we build on what you learned in Level I and go further into integrating everything in us that is divided. You get to know advanced formats that carry your practice into new territory.
The Life Journey is a central element of this training, a guided group process that many participants say helps them “bring it all together”. You come to understand how your coping mechanisms work and how you can transform them.
After this training you are able to work with more complex themes, among them attachments and aversions, roles and identities, as well as the integration of the “self as object” and of the “Other”.

Special formats in Level II
The Life Journey of awareness
A powerful group process that deepens your understanding of how the typical, formative phases of a life unfold and what they leave behind. Many participants report that this process helps them “bring it all together” and integrate the Wholeness Work practice they have built so far.
A guided group process on the first day
Working with polarities
In Level II you work with polarities for the first time, integrating attachments together with the aversions that belong to them. This opens a new dimension of the Wholeness Work and makes deeper transformation of persistent patterns possible.
New in Level II: the Letting Go process
Understanding your coping mechanisms
One of the central insights in Level II is understanding your primary coping strategies. You learn to recognize:
- How you typically respond to stress
- Which “direction of escape” your awareness takes
- Where you move to inwardly in difficult situations
- How these patterns came about
- Why they help and hinder at the same time
- How you can transform them with Wholeness Work
This work draws on the story of Nasrudin and the carpet: our coping mechanisms are both what “saves” us and what “trips us up”.
