Terms and conditions for trainings and coaching
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Ralph Köbler (the “provider”) and his clients (the “participants”) regarding participation in The Wholeness Work® trainings, training programs, coaching sessions and related services.
Differing, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions become part of the contract only if their application has been expressly agreed to in writing.
Registration for trainings and training programs is made in writing (by email, telephone or online form). By registering, the participant accepts these GTC as binding.
The contract comes into effect with the written confirmation of registration by the provider. Where the number of places is limited, the order of registrations decides.
Individual coaching appointments are arranged individually and count as bindingly booked as soon as an appointment has been confirmed.
The prices valid at the time of registration apply. All prices include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
In the event of late payment, participants can be excluded from the event. Amounts already paid are not refunded.

The provider may withdraw from the contract if too few participants register or for good cause. Amounts already paid are refunded in full. No further claims arise.
The provider reserves the right to change dates, content and trainers for good cause, provided this is reasonable for the participant. Participants are informed in good time.
For online events the participant is responsible for a stable internet connection and suitable technical equipment. Technical problems do not entitle the participant to a reduction or a refund.
Certificates of attendance are issued only for full attendance. For events lasting several days, a minimum attendance of 80% is required.
Participants undertake to treat one another respectfully and to observe the house rules of the respective venues.
Confidentiality is to be maintained about the personal content and experiences of other participants. Photo, video and audio recordings are permitted only with express permission.
Participants with health limitations or mental health conditions are required to inform us in advance. The Wholeness Work® is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
The provider is liable only for damage caused by intentional conduct or gross negligence. This does not apply to damage arising from injury to life, body or health.
Liability for indirect damage, loss of profit and consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Participants are liable for damage they cause to the premises or the facilities.
All materials, content and methods are protected by copyright. The Wholeness Work® is a registered trademark of Connirae Andreas.
Participants receive a non-transferable right of use for personal purposes. Passing materials on or using them commercially is not permitted.
Teaching The Wholeness Work® content is permitted only with the corresponding certification by authorized Teaching Trainers.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Vienna, provided the participant is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
Changes to these GTC are communicated to participants in writing and are deemed approved if no objection is raised within 14 days.
