Level III - Presence & Polarity
Deepen your practice with the advanced Wholeness Work® formats
The essentials at a glance
- Level III deepens your practice with advanced formats such as polarity work, Wholeness Dreamwork and the integration of all the sensory channels.
- You learn to include reactions and meta-responses completely, and to work with complex patterns such as roles, meta-programs and inner voices.
- The training runs for two days, costs € 490,- and requires a completed Level II (in Vienna or live online, in German).
Deepening your Wholeness Work practice
In Level III we build on what you learned in Level II and go further into the integration of polarities, dream work and all the sensory channels. You get to know advanced formats that carry your practice into new territory.
After this training you are able to work with the subtlest aspects of transformation, among them reactions and meta-responses, meta-program identities and automatic processing.

Level III builds on the foundations laid in Level II. Taking part requires that you have completed Level II.

Reactions & meta-responses
Including reactions and meta-responses is usually more important and more productive than working with the original theme. You learn to integrate every reaction that comes up as part of the process.
Presence in all the sensory channels
“Where am I really present?” The format from Level II goes deeper here through the systematic integration of all the sensory channels: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory and gustatory.
“Where is the game?”
As children we learn that asking directly for what we want is not acceptable. Recognizing these hidden patterns in particular situations and integrating them is a key to transformation.
Working with polarities
Polarities are the opposites we carry within us. Integrating them is a key to change. The Wholeness Work also includes content-free ways of integrating polarities more deeply into wholeness.
Wholeness Dreamwork
Dreams are glimpses into the unconscious and can bring hidden themes to light. With Wholeness Dreamwork we can use dreams to integrate inner divisions, both emotional reactions and structural elements.
Five meta-program identities
Meta-programs are our inner “filing system” for experience: knowing, doing, relating, having, orienting. Integrating these identities makes wholeness more complete.
The auditory channel
Integrating the auditory channel and the experience of inner voices. Besides the one who speaks there is also the one who is spoken to, and both aspects matter for complete integration.
Automatic processing
After longer practice, the processing can be carried automatically by the whole field of awareness. The phases include relaxation, the dissolving of areas of density, and integration as awareness.

Inviting the organs of the body
Inviting the physical organs themselves to “wake up”, a fascinating part of physical healing.
Polarities in locations
Discover polarities through spatial orientation: above/below, front/back, inside/outside.
Direction of escape
Work with the inner directions we escape into and their polarities, for far-reaching integration.
